FALL EVENTS
This fall is full of many ways for our community to come together and have fun. Read on to learn more about the events and activities you can attend.
Join us for the 4th Annual Welcome Back Bears Event.
Come spend the evening at Matoska. Catch up with other Matoska families, participate in the Fun Run, play at the playground, enjoy the
food trucks and more!
When: Saturday, September 14th from 4:00-7:00
Where: Matoska International
Wear the color representing your grade: K- orange 1st-Yellow 2nd-Red 3rd- Green 4th-Blue 5th-Purple

We are moving the fun run to the fall this year.
Check in & warm up @ 4:00 pm
Race begins @ 4:30 pm
1k & 3k routes ~ run, walk, stroller… all are welcome!

TEARS & CHEERS
Thursday, September 5, 8:00 - 9:00 am at Matoska
Kindergarten parents/grandparents/guardians can spend time with others after drop off to celebrate the milestone, help ease the transition and meet other Kindergarten families. We’ll provide coffee & bagels.

Sunday, October 6, 4-7 PM at White Bear Lake High School
Tickets are $10 for Unlimited Bounce/Unlimited Fun and proceeds from this event support the elementary school PTO.

WELCOME BACK CONNECTIONS
Tuesday, September 3rd, 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 pm at Matoska.
You should of received a Sign Up Genius to join your teacher for a open house where you and several other families will have a timeslot to visit your classroom, check out the school and other activities.

MIPTO 2024/2025
GET INVOLVED
Attend a MIPTO meetings. MIPTO meetings occur on the 2nd Tuesday of the month and last an hour. Come and hear what we are considering for the 2024-2025 school year at our next meeting Tuesday, September 10th at 6 pm in school Media Center.
Volunteer at an MIPTO Event. There are many events and programs throughout the year where volunteers are needed. If you are interested in volunteering contact us at matoskaparents@gmail.com.
